1、What is the time limit for return and exchange?

We support return of orders within 30 days from the date of receipt. Return, exchange and refund are not supported if the products have been installed or used or have been damaged.

2、Specific provisions on commodity return and exchange (check the goods within 30 days after you received the goods and know what circumstances can be returned or replaced, and what circumstances cannot be returned)

Some goods have special features and must meet the following conditions before they can be returned:


① We do not accept the return or replacement of the goods whose packaging box has been opened (the transparent adhesive paper on the outer packaging box of the goods has been torn, which is also regarded as open), please understand!


② All unopened goods that need to be returned or replaced should be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and refunded within one week after we receipt and confirmation, We do not refund shipping charges.


③ If you need to return or exchange the entire order, please be sure to return all goods (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes) in this order.

④ If the goods are returned or replaced due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall bear the postage when the goods are returned and the freight when they are sent again.


⑤ If you wish to exchange other equivalent goods, please return the order to be returned first, we will send you a new product after receiving and confirming the return. If you want to exchange the non-equivalent goods, please return and refund your order first, and then go to the website to order other goods you like, we will send separately.


⑥ If you find any quality problems or we sent wrong after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of the products after providing the relevant quality problem evidence. we afford the return shipping charge and refund the order payment.


3、How to return or exchange the goods?

Application for return and replacement: Please contact our customer service email service@hcswitch.com for return and replacement application first. 

Your email should contain a detailed explanation of the problem, photos & videos, and the order number,and we will deal with it within 1-3 bussiness days.After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned along with the product list and return them according to the address in the confirmation email. we will not be responsible for the loss, damage or misdelivery of goods if the goods are returned by unsearchable express.

The mailing address will be provided by e-mail after the application is submitted.

4、Return and exchange process:

Contact customer service mailbox for return and replacement registration → provide pictures of returned goods → customer service to confirm the return and replacement application → send back returned goods → return confirmation → handle refund or replacement.

5、Refund Situation & Method:

① Due to customer reason: If you need a refund after the return is received and confirmed, we will handle the refund for you within one week according to your payment method, You will pay the freight for the return by yourself. Freight is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse to pay, please send back the original articles, the freight is borne by the buyer, if you can not send back the original, refuse to refund.

② Due to seller reason(sent wrong, quality problem and lost in transit),refund all the payment.

③ Refund method:After the refund application is approved,if you use online payment, the payment will be back into your online payment account at that time within 3-7 bussiness days.

④ If you haven't received your refund, check your payment account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact customer service email: service@hcswitch.com.
