1.Our shipping service is mainly for those countries and regions:

USA (except island), Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Austria, Israel, Australia, UAE, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, China Hongkong, China Taiwan.

The order is overweight or the logistics of some other countries and regions cannot be delivered. if you find you can't place order or the freight cannot be displayed,please contact our customer service service@hcswitch.com to check the shipping way to your country.

 
2.We ship within 1-3 working day after by 4PX/SF/CJ Express when we receive payment.

 
3.Delivery time and freight:

4.We only accept order cancellation in 8 hours after your placed the order. And you have to pay 5-10USD handling fee accordingly by canceling the order within 8 hours. Otherwise, we are unable to cancel your order.

5.We only ship items to specific address. We are unable to ship to PO BOX address.

6.If you left message for us in your order, but we don't understand. We will hold the shipment and contact you as fast as we can.We will continue to ship the parcel for you until everything is clear.

7.After the product is shipped, your email will receive the logistics information belonging to your order so that you can check the logistics progress.

8.If you haven’t receive your package within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at service@hcswitch.com, we will check the reason and solve it promptly.

Customs Duties

Customs duties are borne by us if the package weight below 2KG, you only need to pay for the product, no additional charges are required.If you want to know the weight of the product, you need to contact us.
When the package more than 2KG, We ship on Incoterms: DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid. Please contact us for assistance in customs clearance if needed, for example give us your tax number. The specific tariff standards are based on different regulations in different countries.

Holidays or Peak Seasons:

During holidays or peak seasons, the logistics company may take longer than usual to process your package, and the tracking information may not be updated for 1-2 days. Please allow the post office more time to ship your package and update your tracking information. In the meantime, you can always email service@hcswitch.com. to check the status of your order. The estimated arrival time of your order may be adjusted according to the actual situation, please understand and wait patiently.
